Robert Umaña
I am a certified Naturalist Guide by the Costa Rica Tourism Institute and an enormously proud native Costa Rican. I love my country and have dedicated many years of my life showing visitors my beautiful country and sharing my knowledge of its natural and cultural wonders.
My love for nature and cultural diversity has driven me to travel to many countries in the world including Europe, North America, and Latin America. I have had the privilege of learning about and experiencing new cultures which has translated into an in-depth understanding of travelers needs and perspectives when they visit Costa Rica.
Travel and Birding Costa Rica prides itself on the extensive experience and knowledge acquired over the many collective years to ensure that it´s guests will be comfortable, safe and truly experience immersion in nature and culture of Costa Rica within the established schedule.
Where it all began
Travel & birding was born from the love of Costa Rica, it`s rich natural diversity and the pleasure and honor that I have had during my whole life living in it.
